Yes, relocation with the new WFH policies is at play, however, a trend is yet to be confirmed on the same here as attribution is very difficult.
There is an increase in the real estate because of low mortgage rate ????
Quite possibly a factor, also, artificial scarcity of supply due to COVID scare is also a factor at play here as mentioned in the article
