Good Question Chirag. What they imply here is that RBI wont react over this spike and they will stick to the typical method (which even US Feds apply, referred to as "Playbook") of wait and watch. (we will discuss in class what RBI does when something like this is not just a one time thing but something to stay for a longer period of time via its monetary policies)
